Willing to host terrorists, and support them look now!!

Under the following conditions, IGII is willing to harbor terrorists in the nations. This includes food, water, shelter, and basic humanitarian needs. Don't worry, we're a rich nation, we're no "Iraq". IG2 will provide monetary support for attacks on Socialist Left Wing nations.

Conditions:
1. The terrorists WILL NOT act hostile against IGII, IGII's allies, or TNM.
2. The terrorists will aid the military and the government in war
3. The terrorists agree to ally with other terrorists in IGII. We do not want terrorist-wars withing our borders.
4. Terrorists agree to tell IGII's government before making a hostile move
5. My other nation is big don't try to invade.

Terrorists we harbor that disobey any of these 4 simple conditions will be killed.

Conditions are subject to change without notice, terrorists are still required to obey any future conditions

By attacking IG2 you allow my other 2 nations to attack you. This has been a Garrison II bear trap.

OOC: Wow... all these IC posts done without the words "Secret Comunication" or the such...

Personally, I would have RPed a quiet advertisement to known organisations instead of openly advertising to the world that you harbour terrorists...

Even Iran and Co don't do that...

sigh...

Eitherway, I'm assuming this is all secret IC because I don't want to IC know about it.
