Any new nations, we are looking to expand our community of new and developing nations! Also we are looking for some older nations to advise us on certain issues: we have a military adivsor but need more experienced influences too.

All we require is that your nation is moved to the New Provinces region. You will be instructed furhter from there after you announce you arrival on the Civil Headquartes there.

there's a way to go about doing things like announcing that you need new alliance members. Your behavior is being regarded as n00bish and its getting kinda annoying to us all. Try taking a look at some of the posts that are made on here, hec, look at some of my posts and see how professional they are even towards the most "loose" topics. You should strive for that. and CALM DOWN.
