The President of Cannis has become more and more annoyed by the continual idiocy of the government of ASonic. Even though we are currently allied with ASonic we wish to break off this alliance and cut all ties with the nation and demand as compensation either:

a) ASonic send to Cannis one quarter of their armed forces (which are very small - the Alliance only started gathering them this morning)

b) ASonic send to Cannis $2000 million (their military budget based on 50% spending)

c) Failing either of these demands being met, Cannis will invade ASonic.
