Let me say firstly, you have the right to deal with whomever you chose. However, when you deal with The ShaRa, you will also be dealing with us. The Sambizie and ShaRa have been at war for decades. Even at this very moment, the ShaRa invade Sambizie/Coalition held space. Let me give you an example of how the ShaRa deal:

Your nation is about to open "Pandoras Box". I know all to well of the manipulative ways of the ShaRa. Trust me, they are playing you. I'm guessing they offered you technical support? CorpSac is worryed about this news, the the hope for a Technological Boost is to much to pass the could jump our hyperspace research 50,60 maby 70 years faster then we are at. We can not pass up Technology. but at the momnet we have not had word from the ShaRa we are willing to deal with you instead if you can give us the Data and help in research. Dear Sir,
After much review, we are prepared to make you an offer. This is "negotiable" proposal between the Empire of Sambizie and the Corporation of CorpSac ONLY.

There are several areas of technology we are willing to share with you. However, we are concerned over certain "safety" measures. You see, it would be easy for us to give you the technology outright but, if you were planning on production, we fell your people lack the knowledge at both the technical and manufacturing levels. We are concerned that manufacturing "the" products without a solid knowledge base, could result in serious injury and/or death of your workers...we do not wish this to happen. IF, you were to be allowed to manufacture certain released products, you would have to sign a contractual agreement between your nation and the Sambizie Compliance Comission and Standards Organization,(SCCSO).

Our proposal is this:
Rather than giving you the technology outright, the Empire would like to "contract" your services for the Aerospace Industries. For starters, we would like to offer a "full-scale", TEMPORARY Contract of SA-43 Production. If deadline are met and quality assurance exsists, we will extend the contract and/or offer other technology based contracts. In essence, your nation will becom a manufacturing and supplyer for the Empire. This will be an opertune way for you to aquire technology and the skills necessary for production.

Section 3b: Sub-Artical 17, Paragraph 1-3
Manufacturers Requirements:

As a manufacture for the Sambizie Empire, all product released by the Empire or it's industries, will remain sole property of Sambizie. Furthermore, *Retention %'s can only be sold by the Empire and Authorized Dealers.

*IF agreed: The manufacturer (CorpSac) will be allowed to retain 25% of all products manufactured for the Empire. These products may be Researched and Developed, and at the cost of the manufacturing nation. All R&D'd product will be disclosed to the Empire. The Empire reserves the right of purchase.
*The Empire and it's major industries, (Aero-Tech and IVA) will disclose ALL technical blueprints and manufacturing related specifications of "said" products to the manufacturer.
*In addition: The Empire will provide factory "refits" if necessary, at no charge. Full tecnical, supervisory and experts in the Aerospace field will be available at all times to assist and oversee production and compliance.
*IF at anytime, the manufacturer decides to "negate" a contract, they will be allowed to do so at the CONCLUSSION of the contract currently being fulfilled, (New contracts will not be offered).

As stated, we would like a trile run before any "major" offers are made. We would initially like for you to manufacture 500x SA-43 Endo Exo Transatmospheric Fighters, "Hammerheads".
-Your Nation will retain 25% of the 500 ordered, (125).
-Remember-You are NOT allowed to resell these. However, you MAY R&D them.
-The remaining 375 will be released to the Empire and assigned to various theaters.

SCRAMjet: He3 fuelled SCRAMjet (Supersonic Combustion RAMjet). SCRAMjet - enabling the SA-43 to fly from inside an atmospheric envelope to a transorbital phase right into ACM (Air Combat Maneuvering), in the (almost complete) vacuum of space.

--Ballistic Control/Extra-Atmospheric Maneuvering Jets—
Placed at various locations (and in various directions), controlled by computer and so used to modify the orientation of the craft while outside of any atmosphere.

Systems energy profile: Major control, life-support, and general systems energy derived from hydrogen fuel cells with petrochemical-catalytic abilities. Specialized heat-recapture and dye-based photovoltaic (sensitive to visible and IR wavelengths) systems allow the by-products of operation and even the surface of the aircraft to generate energy.

Minor power reserves (battery) derived from specialized dyes which, when painted onto conductive metal surfaces, act as a photovoltaic power source (sensitive to visible and IR wavelengths) and specialized heat-recapture systems. NOTE: photovoltaic systems are on metallic conductive surfaces placed underneath clear or translucent composite surfaces that protect the craft from a variety of damages.

Mission Profile:
Specific SA-43 tasks include:
- Intercept and destroy enemy craft in conjunction with ground or airborne fighter control under all-endo/exo conditions.
- Conduct day and night close air support.
- Conduct day and night deep air support. Deep air support consists of LIDAR/RADAR search and attack, interdiction, and strikes against enemy installations using all types of weapons compatible with assigned craft.
- Conduct armed escort of friendly craft.
- Be able to operate from spacecraft carriers, advanced bases, and expeditionary airfields.
- Be able to deploy or conduct extended range operations employing aerial refueling.


CONTROL
Manuevering:
--Atmospheric—
Completed "conventionally" with the use of moving flaps and directional-thrust engines.
--Extra-Atmospheric—
Completed by use of maneuvering jets, computer aided movement (manual override possible). Use of a pair of diagonally-mounted "joysticks" that are extended to the pilot on motile ‘arms’ once the pilot has locked into his seat and once the craft has been given the proper activation code (note: for theft and operational security, each craft is provided with Use Authorization Codes (UACs) that can be shifted to protect the craft from use by spies and/or enemy agents.

Crew: 1 pilot (+AI target identification, acquisition, and engagement program. AI ship control system).

WEAPONS/ARMAMENT
Gun- and Directed Energy (DE)-Based:
1 x frontal, sub-nose gimbal-mounted electro-magnetic railgun (capable of covering a 50° kill-zone)
1 x dual-barrel aft-mounted railgun, mounted in AI-guided semiautonomous turret.
2 x double-barreled nose laser mounts. One of each pair fires Anti-Shield "lasers" (for shield break-down) and other of pair fires "Plasma Lasers" (for hard targets).

Missiles, Rockets, Torpedoes:
- 2, Wing Pylons (1 per wing), Triple Mount. (Total of 6 hardpoints, capable of bearing missiles, bombs, rocket packs, fuel/supply pods, or general EW/ECM pods)
- 1 In-body XWM-111 (Rotary, Multi-use weapons mount), 6-10 weapons per mount, dependant upon payload type. Fully compliant with weapons specs provided by Sambizian engineers. Limited to small-size missiles, rockets, and space torpedoes.
- Alternate Option: 2, In-body bays (Capacity: 3 missiles/rockets per bay or 1 Torpedo per bay).

The production of the initial 500 (based on a single factory) will take approx. 16 RL days to complete. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. If you are dedicated to using fussion as a primary energy source, I will contact some allies who still use it. They may be able to help. However, if you are willing to "explore" Matter/Anti-Matter reactors, we can host some of your scientists at the Sambizie Collider Facilities and B-Factories. This will give them hands on experiance with positron injections, and matter collisions.

CorpSac did look into matter/anti-matter but we find that such a thing woulld take us estermated 30-80 years to master the basics, we have only just come to grips with Fusion for about 10 years now. if you are willing to help us explore such a thing as matter/anti-matter reactors we are more then willing.

as to the Production as soon as the Production plants are retrofitted it will start ETA for retrofit 3 months and the rest will be on it way.
