All right. No sites, it has not hit the net. I will explain it as best as I can. It is a biochemical weapon filled with a gas that will put you in a hypnotic state for a while. On impact, a high concentration laser beam has been programmed to epand in a circle shape for some time. At the end of it's path, it will be a slight tingle, but at the begining, it will cut through steel at waist hieghth. I am not a technical person, but this is what I was told. The weapon in all is strong enough to wipe out quite an area.
