Due to the comment The Alliance Embassy made to the USSR "Damn you communist scum!" he must be delt with. I made The Alliance Embassy to this person and he has gone crazy. So there for I DECLARE WAR ON THE ALLIANCE EMBASSY!
Alright then state your army.
I have 25 Euro copters,1 battle ship, 100 A-10 thunder bolts,10,000 Humvees,300 grizzley tanks, and 100,000 men entering your borders as we speak.

I surrender infact you can have this nation i don't care anyway.
It isn't wise to start a war just because someone said something offensive that it is not. Instead, next time you declara war, you should have a legitiment reason for it.
And also..Dont be a shit and just use Nukes right away....
