Apparently, a misunderstanding has occured between our two brotherly nations, when a communication was sent to them, pretty much ticking them off. I assume this was a prank by some State Department idiots, and have launched a full investigation into this matter. We deeply and humbly apologize for any misunderstanding, and take full responsibility for it. We hope our relations can mend asap.

OOC: It's a little something I like to call patience and respect. Unlike most other "nations", I happen to respect this boy for trying to RP good. So shut...the...hell...up.

IC: We have completed our investigation and have not yet decided how to punish the miscreants.

Videotaped: In an interrogation room sat two teens, who apparently were the perpetrators. I, the Vice President, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State were all glowering at the young pranksters.

"You do realize that this is a serious matter." I said, starting the interrogation. "This 'prank' nearly ruined our relations with my brother! What do you have to say for yourselves?"

"I...apologize." Tim, the boy on the left said, and looked down in shame. The other one just looked away.

"What do you think we should do to them?" Bryan (VP) asked.

"Grr. I have half a mind to send them to the 7 Pits of Hell!" Yusuke growled. Visions of them being thrown into fire and brimestone filled their heads, and they shuddered.

"Yusuke, that's a bit extreme." Ryan said. "I'd think something less terrible would suffice."

"I'd say we humiliate them, in the worst way possible." I said, starting to grin. "A fine punishment, is humiliation. Hurt their pride and egos, I say."

A lightbulb went on above Yusuke's head. "Servants to our girls for a week?"

"Two weeks." Bryan said.

"Wearing nothing but kimonos the whole time." Ryan grinned. "As they're my employees, I will decide. You two, will have to serve Kayko and Toni for two weeks, in kimonos, and we will think of further punishments after that. Also, your pay is cut 3/4s for 6 months. Is that understood?"

"Yes, sir." They mumbled.

"Very well, you may go." I said.

We then sent the videotape to the government of the Fedral Union, especially to Robert Bastidas.

Was it a prank, or could it have been something a bit more sinister perhaps? Things such as false intel have been known to have been spread by secondary sources leaving nations open to hostile takeovers by other primary nations.
