Black Bear Super Heavy Tank

Because of a recent heavy tank contract falling through, Parlim found itself in need of a heavy tank. An up and coming arms company in Parlim, International Arms, took up the contract and came up with this. The ‘Black Bear’ is the result. Please note that armor specifications have been deemed classified and cannot be released, also, some internal systems are classified (including systems used by the commander, loaders, gunners, and driver).
