The new nation of Noviastan has found much in ruins when it had established itself. Now, much progress has been made in restoring the infanstructure and industry that has gone to considerable lengths. But there are numerous factories, mines and processing plants that lie dormant. The Noviastanian goverment offers to sell or lease these to any forgien company or goverment that wishes to use them econmincally, if Noviastan finds if anyone is interested, will be revealed and a contract will be formed to statisfy both parties. Noviastan wishes to sell off contracts cheaply since of severe lack of money which gives some oppurtinity to other nations.
