here are the things that we want to be in the manefesto:

That in the event of war all members if able are to submit all help availible

If one country develops a new technology the others have near equal right5s

There is no limit to the amount of money that can be lent between antions

there are no dutys in trade between our great nations.

Well, as an alliance by the name of ULPS we must be assured that our fellow allies are loyal and I can see that you are. I, Lord Aoshi of Kazquim and the leader of the Oniwabon, declarate this a new holiday, a holiday of a strong alliance as we know it. For now on each year there will be a Wondeful decorated parade where everyone shall show the patriotic spririt and loyalty. The Manifesto will proceed in a few minutes.

The Fedral union has alredy crated the terran allince region And we dont plan to move any time soon.

Indeed. First off, I would love to know the names of your leaders/presidents. Then I will have to ask Fedral Union if you have an objections to what the leader of Lima Beans has said.
I am Lord Aoshi Shinomori Leader of the Oniwabon and Kazquim. Incase you didn't know. The oniwabon group was once a group of mercanaries who did not agree on the new form of government that was once in Kazquim. We then took over all of Kazquim and made into what we know of today.

The leader of my nation is Robert Bastidas .
and we dont need to move becuse we crated our own region from scrach but we do need new nations to move to them ..

yes it is. The Jono family fled to Lima beens after the nuking. Sir Jono the Fifth was elected elader after our previous leader died.
