The Imperial Government has made the decision to allow the awesome Seran-Teznar Rapid Assault Rifle, previously only issued to Estaerian Special Service Agents, to become available for international trade, as part of the Empire's increasingly open foreign policy. The rifle is the brainchild of top Estaerian physicists, using pulse-laser propulsion to launch bullets at tremendous force.
Commander Eucrossiaga, Minister for Trade and Commerce authorises purchase by all nations willing to buy the weapons, and consignments come in units of 20 weapons, price negotiable by telegram.
Specifications:
Extremely lightweight, titanium rifle.
Skeleton or solid stock.
Two modes of fire: Rapid Assault and Sniper.
Rifle is loaded with clips for both modes at the same time.
Palm signature, with digital code entry to switch between the two modes.
Rapid Assault mode: rifle uses side-loading clip of 50 laser-propelled tungsten bullets. Extremely heavy penetrating power - will go through the best of armour.
Sniper Mode: rifle uses laser-scanning scope accurate to 3.5 km, and a base-loading clip carrying an 8 round magazine of 27mm Estaerian Sniper bullets.
