The export version's ion cannons are downgraded and the shielding lessened so as not to pose a threat to LRR craft, but they are nontheless a world-beating craft.

I'm sorry. There is only one super capital ship in the Nanakaland fleets and it is under construction. I merely put it's stats here for reference. That super capital ship can also be considered a superweapon and is thus very, very expensive to build and upkeep. The cost of the plans, construction, and upkeep is too high for any one nation. If you were to read the stats again, Nanakaland and Super American VX Man are building it in a joint effort in order to spare any one nation from bancrupcy from this project.
