Well, here is some history behind it: The Juppon Gatanna (Ten Swords) is lead by ShiShio Makato whose core beliefs come down to his catch phrase, "..weak is the food of the strong". The members of the Juppon Gatanna were feirce warriors : Sadoshima Houji, Komagata Yumi, Seta Soujiro, Yuukyuuzan Anji, Sawagejou Chou, Uonuma Usui, Kariwa Henya, Honjou Kamatari, Fuji, and Saitsuchi. Those are the original members who were brave fighters and never gave up on eachother. They all fought to the death to save me, some are alive tho, but old and feeble. Now I, Makato Shishio, want to bring back the Notorious group that almost took over Japan but this time make the group stronger and have nation members this time. The Juppon Gatana now is Much different than what it used to be but we still keep our beliefs. I will continue if you are still interested in joining. Once we get back up again we will depart for a region of our own and eventually follow through with other plans...I also have a secret that can and will provide the support to accomplish these goals. Nothing can come in our way! we stand high and proud and will not give up to inferior nations. I will fight till the nation of Ptersia is in flames. Wow, they are idiots. I am shamed to have such a name in my forum. We use our power for good. We are planning to destroy a certain alliance thats been destroyed and come back alive, destroyed and came back alive again...( you know what i'm talking about...it starts with a GDO). We have the phrase:

We are not the first to look upon ourselves as a dictatorship... We believe it as cruel word because when the word "DICTATOR" comes to a Volaerian's mind they think "DESPOT", "EVIL", etc.
Our Emperor is far from that. He is benevolent, kind, wise, strong, and strict.
We wish for an alliance... But at the same time resent the term... "DICTATORSHIP".
I see...well you can't call me good or evil because I am both. I am a dictator who uses my power to destroy evil. But I do not do in in a sense to be good. I do it to be the strongest. You can join if you want, but we will only treat you as an ally if you are loyal to "kill evil immediatly" and the Juppon Gatana. It's your decision.
