The Nation of Cannis wishes to better itself in the company of important and supportive allies. We are willing to support any group as long as we are offered protection and supplies until our nation is large enough to repay the debt and return the favour.

We are planning a large military expansion as well as territorial gain in the near future. Any help we recieve now will of course be remembered later.

The United Socialist States of Nodea Rudav is honored to be able to ask if it can ally its old lands with your new borders. We may not be able to defend you to the fullest, however, but I assure you if you call upon us for protection we will reply with all our forces, no matter how much the cost to money, no matter if we need to violate borders. We, if you ally, will defend your nation to the last man we can send, if you so need.

However, be not foolish as to think we will back you up in every assault, attack, offensive, or defensive. We are a Nation for The People, by The People, and Ruled Ultimatly by the Decisions of its People. That is our purpose, to protect The People. If you People need so helped by the USSNR, and you either ask of it or request so we can know, then we will send every possible asset to defend Your People.

If you started the war, battle, skirmish, or whatever, we will not back you unless you were attacked first or have a good reason. If not, we will stand by and wait for the outcome, assisting what is left or what is needed to assist afterward.

Alas, Cannis is an extremely flat nation and as such our highest mountain's summit is at approximately 25 feet above sea level. However, you are welcome to it as well as your other terms. That is, if you accept. Our mountain is pretty pathetic, after all.
