It is time that all self respecting communist nations come together to trade, defend, and further the ideals of communist. Thus being said, Communist Louisiana (representing the Union of Soviet Socialist Confederacies USSC) has decided to start this program. We would like to invite communist nations around nationstates to join the International. Each country may send two delegates.

The first meeting of the First International will held in the Capital city of Communist Louisiana. New Orleans will hold the week long meeting. We have plans to get atleast 9 other strong communist nations to head the main body of the Politriburo which will preside over The First International. Afterwards every nation liking acceptance will have to be voted to be allowed in.

The two comrades, representing the two leading parties of the coalition government will make Albion's opposition to Stalinist tyranny very clear. The Kanabian people are delighted to hear of our acceptance into the International. We look forward to its first meeting.

The USSCR does not join without an invite. It offers, only, that Fedral Union be expelled as evidence is present of TFU's disrespect for "commies". It further offers that TFU knows nothing about Communism. If TFU is expelled and the USSCR is officially invited, Generalissimo Josef Ivanovich Lobonsky will attend.

The Fedral Union will not be thrown out. I will offer you an invite Communist Rule, b/c I would really like for you to join. But, Fedral Union I have noticed has stood MANY times for communist nations.

It would be a horrible thing for you not to attend Communist Rule. I would really like more of the stronger nations on the main board of the Politriburo. Fedral does not sit in the Politriburo totally. He isnt allowed to vote in acceptance of other nations. He will be able to further his trade and defense alliances. We do need more nations though.

The USSCR has decided to participate in this meeting. It reminds members, that this is a meeting of Communists. Not STALINISTS. i.e. Stalin, Castro, Mao.

I am very pleased that Communist Rule has joined the meetings. I would like to have a majority of the communist/socialist nations to join The First International. As for expenses, do not worry. Premier DuFour of communist Louisiana is going to go ahead and lodging, food, and other expenses are to be all tooken care of. The only thing we ask for is for delegates attending is to pay for your own travel to and from Communist Louisiana.

Generalissimo (The rank is from his days of Stalinism, which is necessary to employ directly after the overthrow of the bourgeoisie) Lobonsky will arrive in a coverted TU-160 Blackjack, a former supersonic strategic bomber. He will be escorted by two men and two F-22 fighter escorts. Two huge Project 24B Monoliths (80'000 tons plus) will be stationed off the coast and actively pinging all water. From the two ships SH-60 Seahawks will be flying ASW duty. THe USSCR announces that it has taken responsibility to manage sea defences for this meeting and suggests air and land defenses be decided upon by others.

A 300 mile no fly zone is now in affect for New Orleans. All planes will be redirected to Baton Rouge where there passengers will be transported by car or train to New Orleans. Any planes entering no fly zone will be contacted by Louisianaian Air Force. If they do not turn around they will be shot down. This goes for arriving delegates, Sorry but I do not want anything to go out of the ordinary.

We would like to have all nations ot have their reps. in New Orleans by the 4th of Febuary. We plan to start the meetings on the 5th.

Hello comrades. I represent the nation Ukraine,of which i am the delegate and which i conquered in the name of Future Communist Dictators, my home region.
