I assure you DGNT's offer is very serious. I offer the Type-98 Main Battle Tank, through my puppet Chinese Army (who I cant sign into because NS forums are mud). It's not heavy, but it's China's 3rd-generation tank and pretty good. Newest Chinese tank out there, and I am selling it for $3.14 million apiece, though it's just a rough estimate.

Given we are limited in our production capacity due to income issues. I would like to start out with 50 per year, but would like to continue this contract for several years. Upon your agreement, you will receive payment.

Alright. It should cost $155 million per year to produce your tanks, and if you wish to extend the contract for ten years, it would be a ten year, $1.55 billion contract in all, with payment spread out evenly over the ten years.
