Well, you figure out your national budget by setting defense spending to 15% of your budget here: and buy stuff. Run your nation, try to maintain your political ideas, or just say screw it and go for the highest in everything. Then you can have fun as your population grows and buy more and more military stuff...then you can form alliances...consider joining my region?
