The Zoogie People

Closed RP, invite only, N-R wants a two-on-one war with Penguisiana. The first post contains some actions by Penguisiana confirmed through TM.
IC:
A huge naval carrier cruised unprotected in The Zoogie Seas. After all, it was only making a short journey in the safe waters of a region, and only passed through allied waters. The carrier was fully loaded with crew and was destined for Novoya-Risya, from the nation of Penguisiana. The crew members transporting the ship would be flown home by a transport scheduled five days later.
Meanwhile, five Zoogie-class hydrofoils had received an order to about-face and return home. More recently, they had been ordered to contact the Penguisiana carrier, and were now speeding towards it.
The carrier cruised slowly now, as the hydrofoil missile cruisers caught up and flanked either side of it, with one in the lead.
As the carrier sat stationary in between the nations of Penguisiana and Noyoa Risya, further contact was established between the hydrofoils and the carrier. The carrier was informed and given evidence that orders from Penguisiana told it to return to Penguisiana. They were told to await further verification from the nation of Penguisiana. For escort, ten more hydrofoils were soon to arrive, carrying several diplomats and a transcript of the order of Penguisiana communicated to The Zoogie People.
Two instances of an experimental test aircraft - the ZF-24D (which not a soul knows about IC), a two-seat, reconaissance/trainer for carriers - flew their first sortie, landing armed with anti-air, fuel tanks (expended somewhere in the sea during flight) and anti-ship missiles, in case hostile ships appeared. The low-RCS aircraft, being two-seated, also accomodated two Zoogie diplomats, who communicated with the ship's captain.
For war was pending between Novoya-Risya and Penguisiana. The nation of Novoya-Risya would bring in a friend and make an attack on Penguisiana, a traversety which cannot be allowed by The Zoogie People. The evidence is conclusive. The carrier being sent for free to Novoya Risya could not be allowed to continue.
The problem was, ninety-six naval airraft - P-19 4th generation multirole aircraft, P-20 stealth air superiority fighters (no match for my ZF-27's, I might add) , P-21 stealth bombers, and P-23 STOVL fighters - had already been shipeed, seperately. We would have to rely on their sheer inexperience, as the P-20 and P-21 are serious high-tech machinery.
But, if the admiral disagreed, there really was nothing that could be done to prevent it from reaching Novoya-Risya. One carrier battle group has been activated and put on alert. It is now heading towards Penguisiana-Zoogie waters, to be able to be deployed to Novoya-Risya if necessary.
This thread will henceforth be the OOC thread. All action, because N-R has dialup, and so do I, will be done at jaggedy.proboards24.com, because NS forums have been known to be quite often a minefield.
