The UN has asked The Empire of Terrible malice to allow UN Vet Inspectors into the country to look for evidence of breeding stations for Animals of Mass Destruction. This follows an accusation from Joccia that the Empire's president is currently developing an AMD programme in contravention of international law. Reports have been received that research into the use of a three legged hyena cicada/Joccian Fighting Guinea pig hybrid are well advanced

There are further reports of the Empire's use of AMDs on it's own people and threats to surrounding nations.

The Bleaugh government have played down their initial part in supplying Joccian Fighting Guinea Pigs to the Empire and are now of the opinion that Malice is a very real and present danger to all civilised countries. Joccian intelligence services report that these AMDs could be deployed anywhere in the world within 4.5 seconds.

Joccia has asked the UN to enforce sanctions against The Empire of Terrible Malice until they destroy all of their AMD breeding and research stations. Allowing them only to export sufficient used sump oil to keep Joccia's cheap branded auto oil industry going.

Due to the recent use of AMD's by The Empire of Terrible Malice upon Joccia, Joccia demands immediate action from the UN.

We would suggest the use of "Shock and Awe" tactics to bring this evil dictator to heel.

The Empire of Terrible Malice is far too weak to perform any military agression towards another country. Therefore I ask the international community to ignore all future accusations from Joccia, as they are so clearly made up to provoke other nations into attacking our country.

We also break all communications with Joccia and from now on we regard them as a national theat. No Joccian citizens may enter our nation from here on. This is our final answer to all Joccian threats and we refuse to listen to them any longer.

We have already allowed other countries to inspect our crime fighting system. If we were to let in inspectors every time accusations were brought upon us, we would have no room for our population in the end.

First I would like to say the The Empire of Terrible Malice does not support or fund terrorism. Our money is needed in our own country to support our citizens, and therefore we have no money, nor interest, in funding terrorists.

When it comes to the inspectors, we will allow them to enter our country and get liberties to search through all of our weapon&arms factories as well as any other parts of our military system. However, we will not let them inspect our intelligens agency. This is not because we have anything in perticualar to hide, but because we do not want to give away all our national secrets to a foreign power.

We also expect that the inspectors are gone within two weeks, and we demand that this inspections is done efficient and objective, as we do no want to upset our workers.

Credonian inspectors arrive in maliace aboard a Learjet 45. Upon arriving on the tarmac, the lead inspector, Jonathan Edwards followed by his colleages step off of the plane and head for a convoy of vehicles, each bearing the Credonian flag on the front and side of the vehicles.

"Ah, finally. I need some rest. Where is the welcoming party? they must be late. We will sit here until they arrive. Jonathan says.

"You know jon, what actions are you going to take if you do indeed find what were looking for?" asks one of his colleages

"Im not sure, but i know we are going to put a lot of pressure on Maliace, both from ourselves, the Credonian government, and the international community. We are going to stop the terrorist scum from getting a foothold in this nation. What i do know for sure it that we will reform their policing system to refine it so that terrorists and other people dealing with general crimes, if i may use that term, are caught faster, and given harder sentences."

SR would also like to send inspectors to this nation, to perform another search. We believe they are hiding something, and should reveal their secrets. However, no nation here should be permitted to forcibly enter any area without sufficient evidence that there is something of interest.

ooc I had no intention of trying to RP another players country, but I see what you mean. I don't think poor young Malice really wanted to end up in this position, and I'm just trying to help with a bit of colour. The Tribuanl leader, Silam Malice, finally arrives at the airport by
car.

Silam notices the rats chewing on the tire of the plane.

Oh, that is nothing to worry about. We'll have it replaced. We see
it as a positive thing that rats again are roaming free in our country.
As you may have heard, it is our national animal, and for some time it
has been almoast extinct. Rats are in fact the only mamal that finds
our enviroment apealing.
Anyway, I assume that you do not hold this incident against us; you are
after all here to look for the fictionous hybrid Joccian Fighting
Guinea pig. Since we do not posess such animals, we are glad to welcome
you in to all our animal breeding facilities. However, I am afraid that
you'll only find rats.

Silam Malice and the inspectors enteres the Malicemobile (The Empire of
Terrible Malice produce their own brands of cars, where the
Malicemobile is the state of the art.) and drives to the Violenceburg
Plaza where the inspectors will have an opportunity to rest before
starting their mission.
