I'm in need of Stealth Aircraft
The Commonwealth is interested in aquiring 'stealth aircraft'. Specifically with reduced radar profiles, thermal masking plasma skin for chameleon effect, ability to engage air or surface targets with fire by wire and fire and forget style missiles. It needs to have modular components (of course) and an ion engine drive as aposed to fuel combustion.
This will be a full partnership and while I may be a small nation I do have the educated people and the money I simply do not have the experience or advance labratories to create this plane.
What I am looking for is a partner to develop with me, or sell to me the plane and help construct a factory capable of making them on Empassioned soil.

OOC: You're probably not getting replies b/c it's a weird future/modern hybrid. Are you modern or future? If modern, forget "plazma skinz of DOOOOOOM!!!1111" b/c other people WILL ignore it. If future, specify.
ooc: I'm playing modern. By plasma skin I simply mean what you would have in a flat screen moniter stretched out over the hull of the aircraft (it makes it change color, you can buy eston martin style cars that change colour, but cars don't need to be air tight or anything but yeah). It's theoratical right now but there are ppl trying to get funding to build prototypes.
If this is the only reason fine what ever I can curtail my imagination (because it's not like there was someone asking for nano tech on the forums the other day) Black or navy blue planes will do nicely

OOC: I'm not saying that, but just RP devo out. I have some "future" stuff, but give it a bit. Even normal stealth is "pushing it" for a new nation. But, I will sell you my older F-23 Black Widows.
IC: We are currently replacing our Air Force, and we belive we can supply you with F-23 Black Widows at discount. They are stealth, engine muffled, and supercruise capable.
