Leaked reports indicate a massive military build-up in the Dictatorship of Ikkitousen. Soon after receiving the information of the build-up, our contact was later found dead. (Shot in the back of the head with a standard issue Ikkitousen pistol)
It is unkown why a shroud of secerecy was thrown over the operation and no theories have been formed as to why such a massive build-up is taking place. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with any more information.
OOC: a secret MASSIVE mobilization.... :roll:
IC: Che is somewhat concerned by such a build up, and requests a formal report of such allegations. A writen report of what, and the amount of forces is also requested, for intelligence reasons.

OOC: it's an anime? I didn't know, I was searching through JWPCE (Japanese dictionary on PC) and it came up.
Oh, and yes, massive secret build-up! (We have lots of tunnels! :P)

What build-up? The 'informant' was merely a rogue agent of our secret service trying to stir up trouble. There is no need to worry about anything. (Besides my soda industry monopolizing the entire industry around the world! MUAHAHAHHAHA)

IC: Proportionatly, a country of 9 Million SHOULD only have somewhere in the low hundred thousands.....maybe 150,000 AT THE MOST! That'd be over 10% of your nation in the Military, which is quite a bit.....

While my nation does have a small population, I can assure you I have a large military force. (I wont deny my power) I don't necessarily need the manpower to have an army...
Oh, and if I understand what you mean by puppet correctly, I act on my own accord.
What are the number's of this army you are Mobilizing, Sir?

Disturbing news of a massive military buildup has reached the office of Credonian President Lauren .R. Smith.
The Credonian goverment demands an explanation behind this massive military build up. We warn that any type of imperialism or invasion of another country for no reason will be considered as an attack against Credonian interests worldwide which would result in military actions being taken against your nation.
