In accordance with newly acquired intelligience, the ROTN has made public it's supercavitation experiments.
A supercavitating torpedo able to travel at 600 knots with a range of not less than 25km is the target.
We'll take 24 Southern Winds II for 52.8 million please...
(Oh, I forgot to mention, military systems are only sold to naions I have official links with.)

That ALRAAM has a bit of a long range.
A) No radar can see that far
B) Some cruise missiles can't get that far
C) It would be so big only one could be carried by a huge fighter such as
an Su-34 or Su-37. Hell, the SS-NN-22 Sunburn has a 400km range
Even the ALRAAM-B is a bit loony. My top range missile, the AA-3H, has a top range of 310km :)
