OOC: Since Terrorism is the big thing now im offering to all possible terrorists the chance to help them in there terrorist attacks. I can either A) fund you B) give you advice on best ways to perform attacks without getting caught(IC:training your men) C) the extreme of C actually havign me roleplay the terrorist attacks out for you D) (only one that has monetary cost) paying me to use my agents for the attack.
