-To the international community:
The growing Confederacy of Prussian Nations is currently modernizing it's military forces. With a large stronghold of gold reichsmarks, and few military advisors are necessary in order to build an elite, powerful armed forces. Bidding for said contract would begin at 150 billion RMP (appx. 200 billon USD). As for defense contracts, bidding procedes downward. I would like the name of a general or military commander to be a chief advisor, and if possible a list of military accomplishments.

Military protection for these times and defensive help would also look kindly to a possible alliance in the future... depending on the state of the Prussian High Lord.

I would agree with his country not being old enough but you are god modding if you say how much money someone has. Say he lived in a country similar to Iraq except proccessed a majority of the oil reserves and spread the wealth around. With a low, rich population he might have a higher GDP. Maybe he took loans from other countries to purchase arms.
