*A fleet of ships exit out of hyperspace...*
"This is Commander Zeren Moviari of the Hiigarran Fleet. We've been searching for a suitable world to begin colonization. We extend our hands in friendship to all fair and just entities. :) "
*The ships fall silent and begin dispatching thousands of smaller transport ships land onto an uninhabited island in the North Pacific. The transport ships drop around 5 million colonists and their machinery. The transprt ships return to the fleet. All of the fleet leaves, except for one mother ship and five carrier class ships. (If your country can detect them).*
