The Most Evil Dominion is to begin to build it's homeland defense armies. The people of our land have thought that a second revolution could arise from the freedoms in which they conjur and the polticial freedoms they do not. An odd mix of economic strenght and intelligence of the human mind can lead to a destructive situation. The peoples are to free to join the Evil Armies whenever they see fit. A decision was made to only have around 45,000 - 75,000 soldiers at this time.
