Nationstates Surf Life Saving championship

This year, Lapse has desided to host the first international Surf Life Saving championships. The event tests all aspects of a persons fitness and knowledge that is required for Surf Life Saving.

The events in the championship are:
Swim race
Board Race
Ski race
Inflatable rescue boat race
Iron man (Swim, board, ski)
Patrol competition
First aid competition
Champion lifesaver (iron man, first aid, theory exam)

(Note: you dont actually need to know anything about lifesaving to compete in this, it will be held using semi randomised values.)


The first event is ski race.

when entering a competitor state:
Stability of the racer
Speed of the racer
preffered wave height of the racer.

The stability and speed must total too ten, and the prefered wave height is between 0 and 7 meters, the diference between teh prefered wave height and the actual (randomised) wave height of the day will become a factor
