When you say dictatorship, I hope you don't include an Empire in that... harsh term.

Thank you but sadly we wish to remain in the Pacific(forgot that part sorr) at the moment but will note your nation's kindness. And no we do not consider an Empire such as yours a dictatorship.

do you intend to beat 229 endorsements and become delegate of the pacific?

We just wish to have enough to be able to submit a UN proposal we have no intentions of becoming the new delegate because in the future we may start our own region.
