The Commonwealth of Empassioned Peoples emeged from a capitialistic society of wage slaves and commodification of the people. Hoping establish a strong government to "look out for the little guy" We began to offer free education and healthcare services. With our population reduced to a mere 5 million, a showdow of it's former glory, Common leaders and educators hope to build the government from the ground up, a new society.

As leader of my people I Aland greet you good day. I hope to contribute to the overall prosperity of the world and as my first act of trust I am dismantiling the tanks we used to liberate the working man. The steel will be melted down into the lattace girders of a new university and when completed it will be our national centre of education.

We would however appreciate any help you can offer us. While we will accept your aid and foriegn workers it is your technology we need. With our citizens highly educated and very motivated we only need the tools to exspeediate our work. I ask for acetelyne torches, bulldozers and helicopters. It was only our infastructure lost not our brains. Computers and fiber optic wire. Aluminium alloy and other refined metals. We have the chemical engineers but not the bunson burners. Also on our list of needs is themore advanced medical equipment such as MRI's and X-rays.

You are welcome to build an embassy in our capital city of Patriot City however we are concentrating on domestic concerns before foriegn ones and our embassy will be some time coming, but we will send surveyours and prospectors to begin an albeit slow contruction

Now with some money to burn I'd like to offer a contract to any nation willing to offer advanced special forces training that would net the interested party 2 billion USD as I would like to have my millatary highly strained to deal with possible domestic insugents and to train my own domestic police forces

PNN: Today the govenrment anounced a lucrative opportunity to foriegn and domestic entities alike. The laying of a complete box circuit power grid and fiber optic network would attract a government subsidy of 2 billion USD. Also on the spending spree the commonwealth purchused 4 billion dollars worth of hydro ponics equipment and announced the construction of a new underground food production facility. When the largest healthcare union in the country picketed the private residence of Party Leader Aland Arseneault this quote was heard "Listen I know we recently got some foreign aid but you guys were first on the list for domestic spending. The rest of this is going into think tanks and the space program." When this station's own reporter tried for a closer comment she could not speak with him.

The Federal Army is a highly trained, all-volunteer, professional (though not large) force, and would be more then willing to offer to accept officers or enlisted soldiers to go through and observe the rigirous training our Army goes through to produce one of the best trained soldiers in the world. In exchange for this, in lieu of financial payments, those who observe must simply serve 1 year assigned to an Army unit, to continue to observe how the Federal Army operates, then will be free to return to their home after their year of service is done (There is a special cluase in case of war however). The only condition is that the soldiers trained will not be turned against their own citizens, and that unless in times of martial law, the military of your nation cannot enforce law on citizens.

Hattia would like to train your military, if you accept, they will go to the Hat Guard (Our elite troops and some of the best trained in the world) training camps. There they will learn...

CQB (Close Quarters Combat)
Marksmanship with common weapons (AKs, M16, etc)

Hand to Hand combat

Nonlethal combat (For the police work)

Each of your troops will also be given a HAR-3 Battle Rifle. We rarely give these to other countries. I'll post the stats later if you are interested.

Austar Union you are more than welcome to build an embassy in Patriot city however you must use local construction crews. You may bring in your own manegment and foremans but your populace's view on wage slavery is in compatible with our own and cannot be re-introduced into the population. favorable relations are always welcomed however the joining of any international body is a huge concern for us. Already the joining of the United Nations has sparked protests in the streets and as I have said we are concentrating on domestice issues first.

We would vey much like to have the railroad infustructure built into our country yes, Midlonia's gift is welcomed and accepted. But I must ask that all the work be done by commonwealth workers while midlonia can supervise the projects. We must of course create jobs for our citizens.

Since no one has yet contacted me for the power and comms grid contract I will raise the deal to a bonus of 2.5 billion, unfortunately my poor nation can only go as high as this.

ooc: how many ooc days does it take to build a railroad and train 100 000 elite troops?

OOC: I think 100,000 might just be a little too much. Most armies around here are around 1-4% of their population...

As for the railroad, probably not too long. After all, your nation is small, so easier to connect :P

general spekaing, an NS day is about 1 RRL minute....or is it a secound.....cant remember, but the general idea is one NS year is one RL day. Thoughtiem here is fluid
