Since the region of Cyrodil is devoid of just about any fossil fuels, we are exploring alternate fuel sources. Many a river runs through Cyrodil and my Consuls and Quaestor have agreed that Hydro-Electric power systems are the best way to go.
We have plans, schematics, etc, from a deal with the Queendom of DOMMES, but these provide, at best, crude power plants.
The Empire of Cyrodiilia is willing to neogotiate with any other willing nation for an exchange of technology. While we are still yet young, our research in the field of genetics has been awesome and progress is being made rapidly, e.g. we have been able to engineer plants to successfully produce yields that are great enough to offset the cost of engineering them.
However, we have but one research center and this is our only significant item of technology, that my Consuls and Quaestor believe we will be able to trade with.
