The Empire of Terrible Malice has chosen to start a new coalition in order to make evil more efficient. As the regular way of conducting evil has been a very individualistic one, the Coalition of Evil hopes to make evildoing well-organized by having nations come together and cause evil as a team.
The first action of the new coalition will be to allow war criminals and former dictators thrown out of their country by an angry population to seek harbour in one of our fine hotels. This will ensure the safety of them as well as keeping us up to date in the best ways of conducting oppression and war crimes.
