The United Socialist States of Digit4alis is shocked at the complicity with which the international community is handling the open trade of human beings by Emperor Joe.

We encourage the immediate sanctioning of Emperor Joe, including a trade embargo to prevent these transactions from taking place and economic sanctions to hinder the production of military hardware as such an action would surely illicit an armed response.

Basic human rights should be guaranteed to all peoples, inlcuding those POW's and political prisoners.

The Free Nationalistic Peoples of Hogsweat agree with Digit4lis. This breach of human rights will not got unpunished, should it happen again. I urge all Socialist, Communist, and Anarchist nations to back Digit4lis and Hogsweat on this matter.

I have to say that the sanctioning of a nation will not always work. Emperor Joe obviously has little concept of the value of life. Sanctioning a nation run by such a man may do more harm than good.
The money needed to support him will be taken, not from his holding, but from the coffers of his people. While the nation is wealthy the people are ruled totally. I would prefer an action based on the assesment of Emperor Joes personal assets in countries of like mind in this issue.
Surely under the laws of those nations we will be able to take legal action to freeze this assets and so have a direct effect on the Emperor himslef.

Too long have the surface dwellers brought suffering, for themselves and my people. We will do what we can to hinder Emperor Joe's slave trade, including attacking slave transports and releasing the slaves to refuge camps, if need be.

Well first we should try something else. Attacking the transports would not only be illegal but also may end in the loss of the lives of the slaves. I would propose that we close our borders to all trade in slaves as a first step. Also anyone found in possesion of slaves should be charged and tried in accordance with the capturing nations laws.

We apologize for our harsh reaction. We will do what we can to cut off trade routes legally, although it is proving to be an impedment in the liberation of these people.

Apologies for delayed response, a blizzard in the capital called my attention to more local matters.

But I would ask that a naval blockade be put in place immediately to prevent delivery to nations who have not already taken recievership of their slaves.

Action must be taken against Emperor Joe. Our small nation is prepared to take any steps necissary to prevent such atrocities from ever happening again.
