In a statement to the Pit Mole's Parlaiment, Prime Minister Mengwe Bocca said: "The Zinkenite movement was founded by a half-Mole half-Chub named Kula Bucca. Kula Bucca noted that those who shared his mixed heritage invariably gained the worst aspects of the Chubs - namely that of laziness and greed. He founded the Zinkenite Movement to bring Moles back to tradionalist values. He revilialized the language of Mohelmot, and preached for Moles to breed only with other Moles. He reached out to the youth, via the rock band The Big Bubble, which released a self-titled album which was sung in the forbidden (at the time) Mohelmot language.
"When The Pit Moles left to found their own nation, moderates were in charge, allowing non-Moles to live among us. However, we have seen in times past what happens when Moles and non-Moles try to coexist. It leads to strife and disaster. Our faith, and our livelyhood depend on being able to work hard. The God Of Darkness did not punish our ancestors by flooding their holes, and sending them to the Chubs. He used it to teach us a lesson. Moles must work, and they must work hard. Purity of blood allows a Mole to tap their body for work. The God Of Darkness is pleased when Moles devote their life to working, and to family.

The recent decree, closing our borders to all immigrants that are not of pure Mohelmot blood is not enough. We must force the non-Mohelmot peoples out of our pits. Legislation has been formed to strip them of their citizenship. Now, we are ordering them to leave our land at once. There can be no delay. We shall become a pure community.
"I let the international community know, now, that we do this not out of hate. Hate leads to war, and nobody wants that. Our people have seen war before, and no good comes from it. We simply seek to strengthen our society for our God, lest he seek to punish us for not learning the lessons imparted to our ancestors. Mohelmot people deserve a Mohelmot land. Mohelmot people deserve Mohelmot purity. Anything less risks devastation for our people. We are still open to trade, diplomatic relations, and similar matters. We simply do not wish to allow the presence of impure, lazy, non-Mohelmot people in our territory -- by force if necessary.
We have trained squadrons of the Mohelmot Defence Force to extract non-Mohelmot people by force if necessary. Though armed with M16-A1s, they have been trained not to kill, unless their life is in danger. We do not wish to kill, or genocide non-Mohelmot people. We cannot emphasize this enough. However, we are prepared for the eventuality that some people may fight to stay in our land. It is self-defence. Non-Mohelmot people have one week to leave the Community of the Pit Moles. After this period, they will be removed by force.
