Ministry of Defence and Weapons Development has announced that The Empire is starting it's space program. MDWD intends to have operational military satellites in air in next five years, with manned spaceflight within seven years. The project is under military supervision because military aims to mount reconnaissance and defence systems into space.

We do not have a space program (yet). We do have, however, a huge Information Industry that needs new programs to expand, and we are looking for fellow nation which need our services. Since space exploration is a demanding program, we are offering our computing services in exchange for sharing the research results.

If you do not wish to share the results, we could agree on other methods of payement. We also want to enlarge our millitary, so you could build or purchase artillery for us.

Since we have had drastic cutbacks of our military since the founding of our nation, most of our sattilittes in orbit serve as research purposes, we would be willing to fund this operation if we could get use of you military Sattilites in Return.

Ok, sounds good. We need guidance and control systems. Also, i have a suggestion to you, we have 100 old AH-1 cobras which are removed from use. I was thinking we could give the cobras to you as a form of payment.
