50million is WAY too expensive for a MIG 31. 18Million is about the price the Russian have as a unit replacemnt price.

Your economy size isn't enough to jusify the mass amounts of aircraft you may, or may not, have. Your primary Inudstries must also fit into the sector of which you are producing the goods. I highly doubt that your Basket Weaving Industry would be able to produce aircraft.

Also, Frenrir has been operating our Air Corps with our primary fighter as the Su-37 for quite some time now, and we find that the Su-37 is superior to the MiG fighters in everyway.
