CJ Oxford: "Olaf Himberg you stand accused of two hundred and fifty-nine counts of Treason against your people and a furthure twenty-four counts of Crime-against-humanity. How do you plead?"

With great indignation he leans accross the table.

Himberg: "I donot acknowledge the authoirty of this court!"

CJ Oxford: "You are tried by the joint justices of the nations for which you commited the said offences. PLease answer guilty or not guilty only"

Himberg: "Gagh! I will not be judged by you"

CJ Oxford: "Do not try my patience Mr Himberg, or you will find my wrath quick and stern"

Himberg: "Not guilty you fool! I should have you all arrested, do you know who I am?!"

CJ Oxford: "You are a prisoner of the Finlandon Government. If the Finlandon Prosecuter would care to bring opening arguements he has the floor"

Finlandons Prosecuter steps forward

S.Cartridge: Olaf Himberg. You'r not really in the position to be threathening anyone right now. And I also don't know how could you possibly plead not-guilty? We have brought recordings of your "speeches" to the people, when you tell them how it's for their own good that you slaughter minorities that you yourself don't like. We have the original transmission where you order the army captain to destroy a 20,000 citizen town. And why? Because they were the only ones to vote against you. Ah, that was BEFORE you outlawed voting. If it was my decision, I'd have you shot right here, right now. I will now show these evidences to the judges.

Starts playing a recording, where Himberg is speaking. He says that he has ordered soldiers to kill everyone who is over the age of 20, and under 150cm tall. He says that it's for the best of the nation to not have genes that make people shorter. Next recording starts, theres no image, but it's clearly Himberg speaking. "Captain, I want you to take your men and go to the city of Fidel. -Yes, sir. What are we to do there? -You will kill everyone you see, and after you dont see them, you start looking where they might be hiding, and shoot some more. Do I make myself clear? -But sir... -DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR? -y-yes... sir."

S.Cartridge: Well, we have hours of that, but I don't think we need to listen to them all. This man is a sick murderer.

Walks back to his seat

pavlov's eye was twitching, he then wept for all those lives that were wasted...

The PRG respectfully inquires as to why it has been excluded from these precedings, after all we did contribute troops and naval assets in the civil war.

Justice Oxford, renound for her stern and curt mannor interjects.

CJ Oxford: "There will be no shooting in this court room. I remind all nations present that the defendant is innocent until proven guilty. Furthurmore should, and I stress should, both a guilty verdict and a death sentance pass then the defendant will be extradited to Finlandon where he will be executed in the most humane method available. Mr Olaf have you anything in your defence?"

She raise her hand indicating a placard on the bench read: i'Jotjah teir au'Chell

CJ Oxford: "All those with bussiness before this court shall be heard, well we hear you now...."

S.Cartridge: I believe Finlandon has shown enough evidence to convict this murderer to death. We can show you live footage of the crimes he has ordered the armies to do, if you insist them to be shown. They really are not a nice thing to see.



He has a dozen of tapes with him, all of Himbergs crimes.

O.Himberg: It's a conspiracy I tell you! I really didn't do any of these crimes! They just make it look like I am a crazy murderer! I love my people!

S.Cartidge:*jumps up from his seat* How dare you speak like that! Have you really no shame for your actions?! Everyone in Finlandon wants you dead as much as I do.

O.Himberg: I don't think I need to be a shamed of my actions that I did for my love of the people of Finlandon. Execution of useless minorities is for their own good!

CJ Oxford: "Mr Himberg are you aware that you have just confessed to crimes of genocide as mentioned in article six of the indictment, and do you do so at your free will, uncohersed and understanding the raffications of your actions?"

Himberg: "I did what was best for my people, minorities are everywhere you know?"

He leans forward with a matter-of-fact expression and hints in the direction of the Asian Judge.

CJ Oxford: "I require a yes or no answer only..."

Himberg: "I never killed any minorities, they were clearly killed by their own filthy deseases. I merely ended their suffering"

Prosecuter: "Could you direct the witness to answer your question?"

CJ Oxford: "So ordered"

Himberg: "Yes, I had them killed. But what bussiness is it of yours? Besides, people kill people everyday..."

CJ Oxford: "And everyday people are convicted for it"
