Galdania Launches "International Communism Initiative&q

The People's Supreme Council (Pvjotviez Myoruchni Sovjoz) met in Galdania City last week and passed a bill proposing a massive expenditure of resources to further the Revolution throughout the world.

Because Galdania does not use money, it would be impossible to accurately figure put how much is being 'spent' on the program, called the International Communism Initiative. Estimates by Western political anylists range from between 10-25 billion dollers U.S., but the actual expenditures could be greater or less than those figures.

Galdania's official in charge of the Initiative, People's Commisar Batzny Gyorgimov, has been vague about what exactly is being provided, and to whom.
"I can say only that Galdania is being very generous in the expenditure of resources for the furthering of the Revolution around the World. Of course, we will be targeting resources and personelle in areas where Oppression against the Workers and Peasants is critical, and where [we can] be most effective. That is, we wish to put resources into areas where the People are most sympathetic to the Revolutionary Cause."

Possible 'targets' for Galdanian 'funding' are Latin American nations such as Columbia, Chilie, Bolivia, and even Mexico. Some nations in Southeast Asia may also be targeted by the GCRC.

The People's Republic wholeheartedly condemns this attempt by the Communists to foist their ill-founded beliefs onto other sovereign nations who happen to have an alternative economic system.
These revolutions will doubtless lead to oppression over innocent peoples whose only "crime" is to reject the ramblings of a 19th Century madman in favour of the tried and tested capitalist model.
However, you are more than welcome to spread your illfounded message to the Shildonian People. Perhaps you could phone them? After all, the vast majority of the "oppressed proletariat" own their own mobile phones, so it would be extremely easy to contact them, even while they are shopping for luxuary items such as snazzy electronic gizmos, or cars. Alternatively you could take out an advert on one of Shildonia's many digital TV stations, because again the vast majority of the working people can afford to purchase TVs, often more than one.
Likewise we trust your government will allow people from free market nations to enter your nation and preach the wonders of capitalism, such plentiful food, and freedom, to the oppressed serfs that dwell therein.

Hmmm...Funny thing, in Galdania, the government decries the preachings of Marx as convuluted and comical in many cases.

Galdanians not only have 'high tech gizmos', futuristic cars, and digital television, but also Free and Universal Healthcare.

We call ourselves Communists, but we are really just socialists. We believe in maintaining the state, as the loss of the State will not be Utopia, but Anarchy. We therefore oppose Marx's beliefs.

We prefer to adhear to the teachings of Ulanov and Velasgo, who believe in a socialist state.

Galdania has an economy to rival Shildonia's. We simply go about it a different (better) way.

Of course, we have democratic elections. We have capitalists and cultists, but they are ignored by the government, as they pose no threat to Freedom.

In addition to that, Galdanians have no shortage of food. However, obesity is no problem, because of strict regulation on food consumption. Everything that we don't eat goes to the starving in Africa and South America.

Of course, no one from Shildonia would ever find themselves in Galdania. We have strict regulations on letting foreigners into the nation. Of course, anyone that did get in would probably stay. We do not live in a 'stateless utopia', but instead a paridise of the State, where no one goes without care, where crime is non-existant, thanks to soldiers on every street corner, and where all people are free.

The Archduke Ryan sat in front of his 70' Plasma T.V. in one of his many entertainment rooms (which was so opulently decorated it was gaudy) and talked to an aide as he saw the report on CNN about Galdania trying to spread Communism around the world.

"That is interested, the filthy reds are trying to force their failed system of economics on the rest of the Third World agian." The Archduke told the aide as he finished a glass of his favorite white wine and poured another glass for himself. "As long as they don't bother The Ryte Ducal Empire like they did during my father's reign I won't have to open the "Reeducation Camps" like he did."

The Archduke then signed the document the aide had brought and dismissed him, after the aide left the Archduke soon fell asleep in front of the T.V., his glass of wine unfinished.

The People's Commonwealth has received word of increased Gladanian funding to the global revolution in a largely positive light.

They may not know political freedom if it offered them the chance to be slapped in the face, but if the Gladanians were going to foster revolution in the second and third world Beth Gellert would be glad to take advantage and to properly direct resulting movements.

GSIC would once again be busy far afield.

(Id est, where Gladania sets a revolution BG operatives are likely to be infiltrating communist groups and guiding their basic ideologies a little further. Hopefully new converts to the revolution will not at once see a great difference between one state socialist backer and another communist advisor. Em, of course we don't plan to advertise such facts, but the Commonwealth's political system is wide open and anyone not declared an enemy of the people will have little trouble observing first hand.)

Comrade Commander of Galdania, I am Grand Myrmidon Kronodos Bloodsabre of the Communist Empire of Frenrir; and I have heard of your plight. You fight for an honorable cause, trying to bring about equality to all peoples of this planet; but you fight it in the wrong style. Your preachings of Socialism are too weak and loose to bring anyone into the fold of equality. The only way for your system to work is to enstate a system of War Communism. Frenrir has operated under this system ever since I came to power by birth-right (I personally changed our government from a Monarchy to Communism); and we have done nothing but thrived ever since. The State is the prodominant figure of society, not the people. The people work for the better of the State, and the State works for the people. One cannot exist without the other, so the best system would be to have them co-exist. Your socialism methods enforce the people coming first, but if the people come first, then what is left for the State? The State is the primary example for power for any society, and therefore should recieve the power to be that example. Everything produced is produced for the State, and everything in the State is for the people. So the people are working for themselves, and each other. The Human V.I. Lenin was a great man. He brought about the system of which we modeled ours after. Our farmlands (which are scarce due to our artic environment) have all been collectivised, and the communes of industry are operating at top capaticy. Our nation could never be better. Our people are equal, our economy grows stronger, and our State has never been more powerful. What's the bottom line, that Communism is better for society than Socialism.

But we both fight on the same side. For I also have come to agree that the teaching of Marx from the Communist Manifesto are too relaxed to be truthful. He teaches of a utopia without a state, where people are all good-hearted and caring for one another. He is, at times, laughable. However, he was a great thinker none the less. He has made many comments that have carried meaning in my eyes. One in paticular is that "It is not the consciousness of the people that determine the state of society, but instead the society that determine the consciousness of the people." - Karl Marx. All that he is telling us, is that those who are blinded by a world of corruption and greed (capitalism), will never see the true light of Communism (or Socialism in your case). My personal attitude on this issue, is that my State is currently in a state of Communism; and therefore I shall grant my people true equality and peace. All nation who pratice the viles of capitalism, shall forever be doomed to a world of torment and slavery. For the proletariat shall always be the slave to the bourgeois. Whether he is aware of it or not, it will always be a fact.

So, my Comrade, I send you this advice: do not force our ideals against the bourgeois, for they are all blinded by corrpution. All good things will come with time, all the perdicted revolutions shall come in time; do not worry yourself Comrade, with the affairs of others. Worry yourself with your own affairs.

Fenrir is...similar to Galdania. We do not believe in Marx, but far more in Lenin, Ulanov and Velasgo. Galdania is built upon state socialism. The State, mearly a body working for the People by the People's hand, is essential to stave off Anarchy. We, therefore, do not want Communist Anarchy, but State Socialism, whichj we have obtained. With State-controlled farms, mines, and factories, our production and 'economy' exceeds that of any Capital Market nation.

Galdania is not Marx's Utopia, but Paridise none the less.

...Except it's damn cold here. :(
