The hunt is on for the world's best scientists.
The Imperial Estaerian government has started research and development of a gigantic new submarine research vessel, totalling almost 300 metres in length. The Unified governments of the Estaerian states is putting out a formal request to all nations worldwide to request top level scientist to fill the vessel with once completed. The reseach, strictly non-military related, will be available without limitations to all nations of the globe, irrespective of their participation in the project. Sea Marshall Ynterrix, head of the Imperial Navy hailed the project as a groundbreaking venture into not modern, but future science.

You will note that in spite of our small private sector, we do consider our IT workers to be amongst our most important national economic resources. Therefore, we believe that we have alot to offer in terms of technical expertise that will go far to benefit our common national interests.
