The Chairman of the General Council of the Federation of Anarchovia demands that the President of the Republic of the Blue Order give a full and detailed explination for the intelligence report handed to the council. A section is as followed.

Intelligence Report to the General Council of the Federation of Anarchovia:

Castro Williams

Classifed Level 2

After extensive survellience it is the Intelligence Departments view that Castro Williams is located within the borders of the Republic of The Blue Order.

A boat was spotted in international waters by an Anarchovian reconisence plane. Foresnsic reports on photographs taken clearly show that one of the passengers was Castro Williams and another passenger was Troy Heffer. Commander of the First Battalion AS Movement.

Monitering the vessel from International Waters it was observed that after docking Castro Williams was welcomed onto the shores of the Republic by a State Department offical and Senior Military officer. Ranking: Lieutenant General.

Further intelligence has discovered that Castro Williams has links with a multinational corporation inside the Republic. Jasper Conner, the Chairman of the Banking corporation 'PUNI banking Corporation' is the husband of William's sister, Jennifer. 'PUNI Banking' has three Generals and two government officials on the board of directors and Jasper Conner is personal friends with the President of the Republic.

Castro Williams is a convicted criminal and terrorist and any government harbouring him must hand him over to Anarchovian Security Forces immediatly.

The General Council requests an explination immediatly.

Castro Williams and Troy Heffer are in jail on my island. They are not friends of any politicians or generals. We are to try them for having stupid names and for corruption. If found guilty they will be hanged.

Castro Williams is a citizen of Anarchovia and a convicted criminal by our courts. We demand he be turned over to a delegation of security officials immediatly.

Anarchovia does not condone the use of capitol punishment and believes that the name Castro Williams is rather dashing.

Troy Heffer is a wanted terrorist and must also be handed over to Anarhovia officials. He must be tried by an Anarchovian court for his crimes.

The General Council agrees that his name is rather stupid :D

The Blue Order government is angry that you could accuse them of harbouring terrorists who don't belong to a pro-Protestant group. We will extradite Williams and Heffer, but it will cost you $5 million.

The Anarchovian government thanks the Blue Order government for their wisdom in this matter. The General Council would be more than happy to compensate you for your troubles.

A security force delegation has been dispatched and will arrive in your capital city within the next 12 hours.

On behalf of the Anarchovian people I extend my hand in gratitude.

We thank you for your wisdom in the matter. However, we request you stay on my island as little as possible, as you have offended many of my countrymen. We expect the cash to be delivered as well. Thank you.

Our security delegation will arrive, recieve the criminals, hand over the cash and leave immediatly.

The General Council would also like to issue this statement.

"The general council believes that the Republic of the Blue Order have acted with honour and wisdom. The accusations made against you have been proven to be false. The government of Anarchovia apologises for any offence that may have been taken. In light of the present situations a full and independent investigation will be made to find out the sources of the intelligence gathered and the necessary action taken. We hope that our nations can continue to live in peace."
