The Anarchovian General Council of the Armed Forces has requested help from larger nations in training our simple army of 250,000. Training should be to special forces capability.

Training Requirments:

Special weapons training.
Extreme physical endurance
Evsaion techniques
Capture and torture endurance
Special tactical and strategic training.

We request 100,000 special forces instructors over a period of 12 months at a cost of 5,000 anar per instructor per day. We are also looking to increase our work force and are willing to take in 20,000 immigrants.

We can meet these easy demands, we can also train them how to drive certain vehciles if you wish

The Chairman of the General Council of the Federation thanks you for your offer. However, our constitution specifically unables the government from trading in anyway with a nation which has no civil or political freedoms.

do not insult my nation i have quite a few things to throw at you...
we offer some of the best training in NS, you forces will all be trained as elites, they would have been able to act as totally independant soldier, but if you do not wish for that then so be it
