Funding Wanted
The Peoples Republic of East Goa (PRG) is soliciting funding to develope a new pattern coastal patrol gunboat suitable for defencive/offencive opperations against capital ships. Anticipated specifications: 50 knot top Speed Sensors: surface and air search radar Armorment: 2 dual 20mm DP cannon, 2 13mm (50 caliber) machine guns, 4 medium range surface to surface guided missels and 6 stinger short range surface to air missles. In exchange for funding the reasearch phase and preproduction prototypes you will recieve rights to produce the Type A Patrol Gunboat Mk 1 for use by your nations military (unlimeted domestic liscence)
the project (including production of 2 prototype Type A Mk 0 boats) is expected to run 75 million.
final cost per production unit is expected to be $15 mill equipped, providing at ecconomical but capable combat vessel

The Five Civilized Nations will donate US$100 million to East Goa to be used for any ship development. In return, we ask that East Goa allow the 5CN Navy to maintain a base, for which we will pay US$2 billion to lease, on its soil.
