24-01-2004, 08:50
The USSY wishes to build up its Military strength.

We require-

Airforce
2,000 Mig-15s
400 Mig-21s
20 Mi-24s
10 Tu-160s

Landforce

Weapons
100, Million AK-47s
100, Million Walther PPKs

Veichles
80 T-90s

Missiles
Any kind of missiles that can be carried by truck

If you could give these things to me for a very cheap price you will be fighting alongside them in combat again. We will ally with you.

...You may require it, but none are likely to sell it to you. I think your nation should build locally. It would be good for your economy to encourage business' to innovate.

OOC:

You dont need to purchase weapons off of anyone...its already assumed your armed forces are equipped. They can be equipped with locally produced materials that you dreamt up yourself if you want it too...

The Empire of Nazi Fox can supply you with some of what you request.

400 Mig 21's (100mil each)
20 Mi-24s (50 mil each)
100, Million M4A1's (trust me on this the ak47 is a primitive weapon compared to this, you can equip it with a silencer, M203 and it shoots faster with less pull) (700 each)

80 T90's( 3.5 mil each)

20,000 Napalm Bombs (equip onto migs.) (5,000 each)

Total cost is $11,280,000,000. -10% created in 2004 tax - 10%buying in bulk

Total cost is $2,256,000,000. That is the price I am offering, I will accept some negotiation.

why build it yourself and risk a possible failure. Foreign investment and international relations are built on the selling of goods, maybe if you have no allys I.E friends then you should make it yourself.

Yes, those are some benefits. But in my opinion they dont out weigh the fact that you are for now on dependent on the host nation for support. That being replacement parts, training and so on.

Locally produced materials are reliable in the sense that if trade is cut off, you will still recieve the materials that you need...unless of course they bomb the factories.

I've never gone into alliance with a nation I purchase goods off of. It is a conflict of interest really.
24-01-2004, 09:19
Yeah i agree it is a conflict of interests and I value your point of view though do not fully agree with it. I think it is more interesting to design your own models and weapons, that way everybody isn't using the same 9 type of tanks.

So you can produce whatever machines of war you want locally?. If so this is very good because then I can have aircraft produced at atleast 200 USD per unit.

I can produce them so cheaply because inside my country the currency is not money but work coupons. Money is only used for international purposes.

Careful, you need to learnt he fine line between basic assumption and godmodding. Basically your forces will normally be equpped with most weapons naturally, but anything special should be either pruchased or Role Played as being constructed.

I think you meant, "Please excuse my rudeness, but, all those whose native tongue is not the King's English, I find your errors to be quite humourous. Since I am an arrogant and slightly bigoted little American Swine, could you be so kind as to work on improving your typing skills, spelling, and grammar, so that I might be better able to comprehend what you are saying without making fun of you."

I know an English major or two who could dismantle you based on how you did your post, Nazi Fox. Before you start insulting people about their english, maybe you better work on your own?

"All you foreigners, please learn your English." would be a much better sentence.

Thank you for entering in a conversation that was not directed at you. If you would have taken the time to read the posts(before they were edited), you would have noticed several common spelling mistakes which made the posts extremely difficult to interpret for someone whose native tongue is not English (Such as myself). I am not even an American. You just assume that I am because of what was said in the post. Not all Americans are arrogant bigots despite what your stereotypes say. When you call someone an American, are you referring to someone who resides in the United States of America? Canadians also live on the continent of North America so technically they are Americans. Mexico is also referred to as Central America and let us not forget about the continent of South America.

My apologies-most of the time, when I see a post like that one... it's by a citizen of the USA who can't quite come to terms with the idea that English isn't the primary tongue of the world.
Usually, this is because said person is, in fact, a bigoted little teenaged (censored), yukking it up at someone else's expense.

Don't worry about it, I may have been a little out of line when I said that.
