We aren't pirates, but we are a Naval-orientated nation, any help you require can be provided by Federal Navy liasian officers.
alright, we are interested, tell us for how many people it should be and if it should have any weapon systems on it installed for self defence.
We suggest you contact Unum Veritas, who has provided excellent ships and other naval forces to our nation.

This will surely get you started, materials, engineering, etc. Please let us know when you get any updates on ship progress. I understand this may take a couple years to finish the project. We are hoping to surpass the QM2, which is 1,131 ft in length and cost $800 million to manufacture. Bear in mind we are wanting an aircraft carrier size flight deck on board, as well as storage space, moderate housing, etc. We are thinking something in the range of 7,000 passengers, possibly more. The QM2 is listed as a crew of 1,253 and 2,620 passengers. (You can surely find some specs on google.com)
We are most pleased that you took us up on our offer. As far as defence, I am looking for missile systems (both anti ship and SAMS) as well as very well equipped war planning room and sonar/anti-sub equipment. Feel free to add any extras that you would normally put on a cargo or aircraft carrier. We plan to put this project in a fleet with other warships.
