CLASSIFIED NUCLEAR WAR OPERATION? The way that sentence is formulated it would seem as though you are waging or preparing to wage nuclear war on someone. Is this so?

The CLASSIFIED NUCLEAR WAR OPERATION is a statement for the Delta IV Submarines in COMBAT READINESS MODE, or "Ready for Possible War>" The reason it is classified is because IF this certian war rises in threat, then the Delta IV's will be given a command to launch one of their eight ICBM Nuclear Strategic Missile's at Military Targets.

The location is, of course, classified until we are ready to report.
