a) Satalites only have a limited amount of time over each nation unless said nation is near the equator, otherwise to keep a view of one nation you would have to use multiple satalites to take shifts if you will, because they are always moving. If you want more information I can link you to the thread which covers this. Eitherway it's hard to tell a satalite to get out of your skies because the amount of fuel they would use up would shorten it's lives too much. Plus the chances are that it will be moving away from your nation anyways to be replaced by another coming into viewing range.

The Dominion of Kanuckistan is hereby declaring it's intent to take control of this situation in the hope of derailing further agression, even if we have to break out the tac nukes and orbital lances.

If you cannot control your own people, then you should scrap your current government and start over. A minority group of your citizens is being misstrteated and wrongly oppressed, and you decide to "help" them by exiling them. When someone attacks another person you don't throw the victim out of your country, you deal with the problem by throwing the criminal into prison. You are unfit to lead a nation, especially if that nation lives up to even half of the talk you've made about yours.
