After reaching a suitably secure position in Southern Africa, The Imperial Roycelandian Government has decided to allow greater Political Discussion in Roycelandian East Africa.
As such, an Opposition Party shall be allowed in the Colonial Parliament, and domestic issues shall be open to free and open discussion by the colonists and citizens in Roycelandian East Africa.
They shall also be eligible to vote for representatives in Roycelandia's Parliament in Palm Islands, in accordance with the Democratic Principles of The Roycelandian Empire.
Owing to Rebel insurrection in the Southwest of the Colony and political stability, R.E.A. shall still remain under direct Colonial Rule from Roycelandia in Palm Islands for the foreseeable future.
