The Fuhrer today announced the banning of female employees in all Benician employment sectors as part of the moral empire initiative begun last month.
Women, which previously made up about 41% of the Benician workforce, are now expected to remain at home, and take up traditional places as house wives and mothers.

Sadly, more and more males were made redundant due to attractive lower wages for females. With all males working, unemployment is kept to 2% compared to 25% previously with female workers included. The implementation of a skilled immigration program will also ease future burdens.
