Dear Leaders of Nations, and their humbled representatives,

His Highest Majesty, King Michel IV, Monarch and King of Terres Francaises held a press conference today in the Royal Palace of Ville Superiere. At the conference His Highest Majesty appointed and dubbed his brother Prince Pierre Lambert, as Lord Governor General of the Eastern French Lands.

In additional matters, His Highest Majesty established the Legal Region of the United Terres Francaises Lands. All nations within this region are direct subordinates to the King, and shall by order of His Highest Majesty adopt French as their official language.

Brother of His Highest Majesty, King Michel IV,
and Heir Apparent to the Throne of the Terres Francaises

His Highest Majesty bestows at this time, the official seal of the land as recognition of the truth and legality of this statement. As of this date by Royal decree "All lands under the rule of His Highest Majest, King Michel IV shall bear the official 'Mark of Alliance' as defined on His Highest Majesty's website that shall be established and posted."
