Due to a changing world, Quanda has issued a new foreign policy in order to continue our relevance in the international community.
1. We shall take an interventionsit role in world affairs.
2. We shall not sell arms only to those nations that have values similiar to our own.
3. We shall NOT assoicate in the field of WMD with ANYONE, other than those nations in the Nuclear Weapons Test Site
4. Any attack against an NWTS nation will be regarded as an attack against Quanda.
5. The following nations have recieved Most Favored Nation Status. Sales of arms, military assistance, and other provisions are open to these countries:
Kep
Birmania
Any other NWTS Nation
Credonia and her allies
Eriopia
Law2k
The following nations are nations of interest. We shall monitor affairs here. Be forewarned!

Holy Panooley

6. The following nations are on our Black List. These nations are not open to trade, humanitarian relief, and live under the constant threat of Quanda attack:
