It is unfortunate, that my first act as full Head of State for Cayo, has to be the consideration of defence. However, Cayo has learned the hard way that defence is a priority in todays world.

We have to face facts, if we didn't have the support of so many nations against Elizabethshire, we could easily have won in conventional war, but if Elizabethshire had launched a nuclear srike we would have been obliterated.

I tred carefully in this matter, but Cayo is a very large nation now, with an insufficient Nuclear, and Bio/Chem weapons program.

Uranium mining in the Lumbai forest just outside Cienfugos is underway, but we require new, up-to-date technology to create nuclear warheads. We also require the most modern missile-launch technology available.

I also wish to re-establish our negelcted Chemical/Biological program, therefore I ask all nations willing to sell any of the following:

- Biological and Chemical agents in mass supply

-Nuclear warheads

-Advanced missile technology

-Uranium processing equipment

To post here, asap, so we can bring our military back up to a situation where we can deter an agressors use of WMD.

Trinis is deeply saddened(sp?) at this. Nuclear weapons are somewhat understandbly(Sp?I'm tired...), but chemical and biological weapons are used by heartless madmen.
